For Partners & Groups

K-pop training for partners and groups.
Programs built around your people.

KLAB COMPANY works with academies, companies, institutions and crews worldwide to plan K-pop bootcamps, masterclasses and group training programs. Choose a collaboration format that fits your location, learning goals and group.

Commissioned bootcamp delivery

For organizations and groups that want a training program operated to an agreed brief. The Academy partnership in Australia is an example of this model.

Discuss the learning goals, delivery period, curriculum and scope of operation.

Local camps with your team

Work with KLAB COMPANY on a K-pop training camp in your own market. Our overseas examples include Niz Studio in Vietnam and Ace Studio in the Philippines.

Agree how training, local facilities, recruitment and on-site coordination will be shared.

Korean trainer masterclasses

Bring a focused training experience to your organization or crew through a visiting Korean trainer. Discuss a dance masterclass or another training focus that fits your participants.

Trainer selection, availability, travel and language support are confirmed for each project.

Group training camps in Korea

Plan a Korea-based training experience for participants from your organization or crew. Discuss artist training and the GCP activities relevant to your group’s goals.

Confirm group eligibility, dates, audition opportunities and production activities in the proposal.

Tell us what you want to create.

Send your country, preferred dates, estimated group size, ages, training levels and program goals. We can discuss a suitable format and scope with you.

K-pop training & partnership FAQ

Answers for organizations, crews and international participants planning their next step.

How can our organization or crew host a K-pop bootcamp?

Start by sharing your organization or crew’s location, preferred dates, estimated group size, participant ages and training levels. KLAB COMPANY can discuss a commissioned bootcamp, local delivery with your team, a visiting-trainer masterclass or a group training camp in Korea. The curriculum, staffing, venue responsibilities and budget are agreed for each partnership.

What is the difference between commissioned and local program delivery?

Commissioned delivery means a partner commissions KLAB COMPANY to operate an agreed training program. The Academy partnership in Australia uses this model. Local delivery means working with a local partner to operate a program in its market, as in the Niz Studio camp in Vietnam and the Ace Studio masterclass in the Philippines. The division of recruitment, facilities and on-site responsibilities is agreed for each project.

Can Korean trainers visit us for a K-pop masterclass?

A visiting-trainer masterclass is one collaboration format to discuss with KLAB COMPANY. Send your preferred training focus, dates, location and participant profile. Trainer availability, session content, travel arrangements and language support need to be confirmed before the program is booked.

Can we bring a group to a K-pop training camp in Korea?

Yes. Academies, companies, institutions and crews can enquire about a group training camp in Korea. Share your group’s goals, size and travel window so we can discuss a suitable training schedule and whether GCP audition or production activities can be included. Group eligibility and availability are confirmed for the selected program.

Can foreigners audition for K-pop agencies?

GCP is designed for international participants and offers training and opportunities to take part in agency auditions in Korea. Each agency sets its own eligibility requirements and selection criteria. Taking part in a camp or audition does not guarantee a callback, trainee contract or debut; check the requirements for the specific program before applying.

Do I need to speak Korean to join a K-pop training camp?

International GCP sessions can be conducted in English. Confirm the teaching language and interpretation support for your specific session before booking. For group partnerships or locally delivered programs, tell us the languages your participants use so language support can be discussed as part of the program plan.

What is the 90-agency joint audition?

It is the joint audition format described in the GCP program: participants present a prepared performance to casting representatives from multiple entertainment agencies. The program is introduced as a joint audition with 90 agencies; the participating agency lineup and number should be confirmed for each session. It is not a promise of 90 individual auditions or a guaranteed contract.

Can beginners join, and are there age requirements?

Share your age, dance or vocal experience and training goals when you enquire. Suitable levels, age requirements and any selection process depend on the particular camp or masterclass. A group’s curriculum can be discussed around its participant profile; the applicable entry requirements should be confirmed before registration.

How long is a K-pop bootcamp, and how much does it cost?

Duration and fees depend on the format, group size, trainers, location and activities. A masterclass has a different scope from a multi-day training camp or a Korea-based group program. Send your preferred dates, number of training days and estimated participants to request a proposal. Current individual GCP dates and fees are available through the GCP website.

What can a K-pop training program include?

GCP introduces artist training, audition preparation, recording practice, idol styling, profile photography, performance video production and casting director Q&A. Partner programs can discuss relevant activities to match their goals. The written proposal should confirm what is included, along with arrangements for accommodation, meals, transport and language support; these are not automatically included in every collaboration.
