KLAB COMPANY, a K-pop education company in Korea.
It started with a small community.
KLAB COMPANY began with Enjunmo, a community where people who wanted to work in the entertainment industry came together to support one another. Building on this community, our role is to support the growth of artists preparing for the stage and people developing their expertise across the industry. Ultimately, our mission is to contribute to the industry’s growth through the people we train.

Education with government and universities
Since 2021, we have delivered education and mentoring projects with public institutions, including organizations affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. We design K-POP and entertainment curricula for universities and institutions, supporting practical projects and career preparation.
Artist training that supports debut preparation
Modern K brings training experience that has helped more than 100 artists make their debut. Structured vocal, dance and production training is complemented by auditions and practical performance opportunities.
K-POP education for international participants
Since 2023, we have offered international participants programs combining vocal and dance training, auditions and networking. Experience running camps for 50–100 participants and partnerships abroad support our local delivery overseas.

Operated the Hanyang University K-LEAD education program under the Korea Creative Content Agency’s popular music business workforce development initiative.
Secured and delivered four SeSAC education courses.
Secured and operated the internship track of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Mirae-Naeil Work Experience program.
Delivered education for the project track of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Mirae-Naeil Work Experience program.
Delivered entertainment industry education at universities including Sangmyung, Kyonggi, Sahmyook, Sookmyung Women’s, Pusan National and Suwon.
Built a catalogue of 40 music IP tracks.
Delivered commissioned training for RBW trainees.
Delivered the KDT K-POP Data-Driven Marketing course.
Delivered the KDT data-driven digital marketing course for the content industry.
Operated the ARKO Performing Arts Academy for Arts Council Korea.
Delivered the commissioned The Academy K-Pop Bootcamp in Australia.
Delivered an on-site dance master class with Choi Young-jun at ACE DANCE STUDIO in the Philippines.
Delivered the NIZ STUDIO K-POP Training Camp locally in Vietnam.
Operated the 2024 SYMF Seoul Youth Music Festival.
Operated the CASTING event for the Children’s Hospital Rainbow Island Talent Debut Project.
Delivered a cultural diversity professional training program for Arts Council Korea.
Conexus Lab merged with Modern K Seoul Campus and changed its corporate name to KLAB COMPANY Inc.
Delivered a staff training program for RBW Japan.
Delivered the commissioned The Academy K-Pop Bootcamp in Australia.
Delivered professional performing arts education and training for Arts Council Korea.
